Terms and Policies


Popular Collectables is dedicated to providing the best shipping experience for your collectibles.  With care may come delay and cost (we will explain this).  While some companies guarantee speedy fast 1-2 day deliveries, they may damage your package and contents in the process of rushing your order or they do not look over your order and make sure their are no damages before shipping.  We focus more on the condition of your item rather than how fast we can get it delivered.  We personally inspect each item and secure it in its package to avoid any damages the post office may give.  While we cannot guarantee “Mint” condition because nothing is perfect, your items will be “Near Mint” with no damages.  Because we take the time to ensure your items are packed well and due to high volumes of orders, please allow 5-7 days for orders to process and ship.  In the case of high order traffic or pre-orders arriving, this time may increase and if orders are low, this time will decrease.  Orders that are over 1 pound and are not excessive in size and weight will ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).  We do not ship your order UPS or FedEx Ground which takes longer for delivery.  Orders that are less than 1 pound and under $50 in value will ship first class.  Orders less than 1 pound and over $50 will ship priority.  All items over $50 and CHASE Pop! figures will ship in a Standard Pop! Protector.  Orders will not ship in a Hard Premium Pop! Protector unless specifically specified with “Premium Pop! Protector”.  Because we take extra time and materials to have your items delivered, we do not offer free shipping.  It is not free for us to ship your item and this would only cost us money.  Most other companies that offer free shipping take that money out elsewhere.  They will cut back on time and materials to ensure your item arrives as mint as possible or they increase the prices of all their items to include shipping in the price – costing you more in the long run.  “Free Shipping” is not always “Free”.


All payments for any items purchased, in stock or pre-orders, are required at checkout.  This is so that we have an accurate count of who is ordering what.  This prevents competitors from buying out our stock and then not pay for it so they have the available stock on their site instead.  This also eliminates fake orders with no intent on paying.  In the case of an error in price, your order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.  If the price decreases from the time of your order to any future point in time, we are not obligated to give any refund of any amount as collectibles prices tend to fluctuate.


Guests cannot earn or redeem rewards.  If this happens it is in error and we reserve the right to cancel any order or revoke any points.  Members earn rewards with every purchase (5% back).  Rewards are added to your account once the order is paid for.  Remember to log into your account and start earning rewards with every purchase no matter how big or how small.  (5 points for every $1.00 spent, turn 100 points into $1.00 – no limit on how much you earn or what you spend it on!)  If you do not have an account it is easy to create one.  Just go to “My Account” on the home page header and add your information.  We have an SSL Certification and our entire site is protected, not just the shopping cart and we can never see your payment information.  At checkout we use PayPal.  You may still pay with a credit card with this process even if you do not have a PayPal account.  Points expire 1 year after they are earned.  Points are only earned for completed orders. Canceled order points will be revoked.  Points cannot be earned or used unless logged in to your account.  We reserve the right to revoke points earned out of error including excessive points due to error.  If an order using points is canceled, points cannot be recovered.  Points cannot be used for shipping fees.  Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with points.  Accounts with a negative point balance cannot earn points until balance becomes positive.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow us to see how much product we should order and what we are expecting to sell.  All Pre-orders are a binding agreement to you purchasing such items and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  No order shall be fulfilled until every item is in stock.  Please make sure you separate orders by estimated release dates if you wish to receive items as they come in stock.  In stock items will be held until all pre-order items are in stock if they are in the same order.  We reserve the right to alter orders in the case of certain items being canceled or unable to be fulfilled. This can include removing items from your order and you will be refunded for the specific items removed.

Box Condition

We ship each item with extreme care.  We will never ship a brand new pop damaged with creases or tears although every box is not perfect, some may have minor nicks and blemishes from the factory.  We cannot control this and will not replace these flaws.  If you purchase a pre-order and your item arrives damaged, we might be able to offer a box replacement but only if available from the Manufacturer.  This will take time as we have to order it from them.  Clearance and discounted items are sold as-is and their boxes cannot be replaced.  This includes any item marked down from its original price.  We cannot get exclusive box replacements and all exclusives are sold as-is.  We will alert you if any box has major damages such as creases or tears but once again, no box is perfect and we cannot note every minor ding.  Boxes that are not Near Mint will be marked in the description as “Box Flaws”.  Exclusives may or may not have the stickers.  Please buy with complete confidence that all our Pop! vinyl figures are real authentic items with or without stickers.  Some Comic Con Exclusives will have different stickers between the actual con and the convention exclusives.  If you are adamant about stickers, please ask before purchasing.  No pops can be returned because of “stickers”.  All CHASE pops will have CHASE stickers unless noted otherwise.  Please note there are different types of CHASE stickers and the one depicted might be different from the one received.  This is out of our control and we cannot replace or exchange stickers.  If the listing contains “Summer Convention Exclusive” then the sticker will be as such regardless of the “GLAM” sticker, if the listing contains “SDCC” then the sticker will be as such.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We cannot accept returns because you change your mind.  We will only accept returns on items where the product itself is damaged or defected (not the box it is inside) or we made a mistake.  In this case, you will receive a replacement or if a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.  Please understand that you may receive an item with an imperfect box or paint flaws as we cannot control this.  If an item is damaged from the post office, you may file an insurance claim if you paid for Priority Shipping.  In some cases we may be able to offer replacement boxes for commons that are in stock from the manufacturer.  Choosing this option will delay your order and we will notify you if we have to either send a damaged box or replace the box due to limited quantities available.  We cannot replace exclusive boxes or rare/vaulted item boxes.

Any orders refused or returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or the lack of communication for an error on your end will result in a 20% cancellation/restock fee and all shipping fees will not be refunded.  You must remain in contact with us to receive any refund and if you wish for your item to be resent, you must pay a new shipping fee for the cost of the item to be sent to the correct address.  If we make an error on our end, we will see to it that it is fixed at no additional cost to you.  Please note that in any case, replacement items will be issued before refunds even if you decide you no longer want the item but we have replacements in stock.  Unless it is an error on our part, in any case of a refund, all refunds will be issued in store credit excluding shipping charges as we will not refund shipping charges.  If the error is in our part, we will refund your money back to you in full including shipping charges unless the shipment was successful.

Privacy Policy

Popular Collectables is using this policy to inform users of our policies regarding the collection, usage and disclosure of personal identifiable information gathered from our online site.  Any information with this policy may be changed at any time for any reason; each version will apply towards any information collected at that time it was in effect.  Any time our Privacy Policy changes, you will be notified through our website and you are advised to review this policy frequently for any changes that may occur.

By using our website, you are consenting to us processing your information as noted in this policy now and in any later amendments.  “Processing” means using cookies on a computer or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States.  If you reside outside the United States, your personal identifiable information will be transferred to the United States, and will be processed and stored under United States privacy standards.  By using our website and providing information, you consent to such transfers to and processing in the United States.

We do not knowingly obtain any personal information from children under 13 years of age.  Any information provided that is determined to come from a child under 13 years old will be deleted.  Popular Collectables will comply with any laws and law enforcement and cooperate with any government officials or private parties to enforce and comply with any laws.  We may disclose any information about you to any of these agencies as we, in our sole discretion, believe to be necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal processes and subpoenas to protect the property and rights of the website or a third party, the safety of the public or any persons, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the laws.

Popular Collectibles takes the security of our customers very seriously.  Our website is a SSL secure site (https) and we do not knowingly share any information to any third party companies not directly associated with your purchase.

Gift Certificates

To purchase a gift certificate, please use the button above.  This will take you to PayPal to complete your transaction.  Please note that even though this is a “PayPal” gift certificate, it can only be used at popularcollectables.com.  Also, please note that you can pay with a credit or debit card as well as your PayPal account – you do not need a PayPal account to purchase.  All gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value other than store credit.  They can only be redeemed for in store credit online at popularcollectables.com and for any item that does not specifically state it is excluded.  Gift certificates can also pay for taxes and fees included in your order.  All coupon codes will still apply to your order unless otherwise stated – only one coupon code per order may be used.  Please note that PayPal only allows gift certificates in the values of ($5, $10, $25, $40, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $300, $500, $750, $1000).  If you wish to purchase an amount different than specified, please purchase multiple gift certificate amounts to equal your value in increments of “5”.  Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.  In the case of an order being refunded for any reason, the amount will not be refunded in cash value, but in store credit in the form of a coupon for that amount off any order.
